2013 was all about the lip crayon and I, as well as the entire beauty blogging world have amassed quite a large collection, my current favourites have to be the L'Oreal Glam Shine crayons but these Soap&Glory Loved&Glossed Sexy Mother Pucker glosses are firmly making their stamp..I received this lovely set for Christmas, and admittedly I was delighted before I even opened the tin...there is something about receiving a lovely tin/bag with gift sets that I just love (weird?)...Anyway the set contains three lovely glossy crayons in Plum Jam (my absolute favourite) FuchsiaRistic and Nudist. You can probably tell my the photo that I have been loving Plum Jam...
They are encased in the really pretty tin but am I the only one who found it difficult to remove them from the inner plastic...took me ages to get them out! However once out they are quite chunky crayons, and the colours look really vivid. These glosses feel really different to other crayons...they feel almost sticky without the annoying sticky texture...They leave your lips feeling so soft and they look so glossy and actually do make your lips appear fuller. The colour pigmentation is not the most amazing you will see from a crayon but despite that, I love them for the moisturising, glossy and voluminous effect they have. They just feel really hydrating on the lips.
Plum Jam is by far my favourite shade, and graced my lips over the festive season, and is a really lovely berry wearable shade, I will definitely repurchase this shade. FuchsiaRistic looks so vivid and bright but is actually really light, almost sheer on application..not exactly Fuchsia but still lovely. Nudist is the perfect beige nude colour for everyday use and possibly the most wearable out of all three. I really love these glosses, so much so that I have already went out and bought BashFul , I don't think this set is available anymore but you can pick up the individuals for £8 in Boots and I would really recommend them as they are the perfect gloss to add to your collection.
